By accessing and using the My CV Coffee Cup website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
My CV Coffee Cup provides professional CV writing, cover letter creation, LinkedIn optimization, and career coaching services. All services are described on our Services page with associated pricing.
Payment is required in full before work commences. We accept payments via Revolut (@vasilikidouvou) and PayPal (Vasiliki Douvou). All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Each package includes one round of revisions. Additional revision rounds may be requested at an additional cost. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Standard packages are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. The VIP package is delivered within 48 hours. The Express Add-On guarantees 24-hour delivery. Delivery times begin after receipt of all required information from the client.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with the final result, we will work with you to address your concerns through our revision policy.
Upon full payment, you own the rights to the documents we create for you. My CV Coffee Cup retains the right to use anonymized examples of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
My CV Coffee Cup cannot guarantee job placement or interview success. Our services are designed to improve the quality of your career documents, but outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
